Description of the villa:
Calm convenient villa with five guest rooms and selfcatering, situated in the middle of the villa residential area "Las Maravillas" on height "Ballermann 10/11". In the sixth sealine, only four minutes to the 6 km long sandy beach of the famous "Playa de Palma".
75 qm large living room with Penthouse-charakter (large window front on three sides), open fire-place and a place to dinner for six persons. In the complete and modern arranged kitchen are a further dining table for five persons, two large refrigerators, a freezer and a pantry.
