This 100 year old olive oil farm was restored in 2008 to a high standard. It has 3 bedrooms (1 double, 2 twin, 1 ensuite) and an open plan kitchen/lounge/diner. Outside there is a balcony to the front with distant views of the mountains, and an extra large balcony to the rear with wonderful views across rolling hills vineyards and villages all the way to the sea. Also a large back garden but not yet fully landscaped.
From the house a 5 to 10 minute stroll takes you to a great restaurant, bars, supermarket, and the old hilltop village. 25 minutes drive (or bus ride) to the beach or go inland up into the mountains or lakes or more historic hill towns. Pescara airport is only 40 minutes away, or Rome or Ancona a couple of hours drive. A hire car is recommended but not essential as buses are good.
