Our privately owned villa is situated on the lakeside, where you can enjoy watching the abundance of Florida wildlife that the lake attracts from the poolside.

Our villa is fully equipped for that home from home experience. The master bedrooms have queen-sized beds and are both ensuite. The first master ensuite has his and her washbasins, corner bath, large walk-in shower and wc. The second master ensuite has shower/bath, washbasin and wc. The four bedrooms have plenty of storage space and they all have walk-in closets. All bedrooms have with satellite receivers and a Playstation 2 is provided. The family living area has a 32inch flatscreen T.V., with satellite and a DVD player. The formal living area which overlooks the pool provides a place to relax after a busy day. The kitchen with informal dining and a formal dining area provides ample room to accommodate eight people comfortably. FREE WIRELESS INTERNET is also provided for those who like to stay in touch with family and friends.

The private, screened, 28-foot by 14-foot solar-heated pool overlooks the lake. The large deck with outdoor dining facilities including a gas BBQ and sun loungers, provide the ideal setting for enjoying the sun from sunrise to sunset.

The Sarasota/Bradenton area is suitable for all the family and provides a wide range of activities to suit all tastes. Just a short distance from the villa you will find the beautiful white sandy beaches of Sarasota Bay, Longboat Key and Anna Maria Island. The area is renowned for its excellent golf courses and some of these are just a few minutes drive from the villa. For those shopaholics, Ellenton Premium designer outlets is approx a drive of 5 miles. In the immediate area there is a Wal-Mart store and a Publix as well as other local shops and restaurants.

Orlando and its many theme parks is a 90 minute drive away and Busch Gardens is only 50 minutes drive away. Tropicana Field home of the Tampa Rays is 35 minutes away.
