The Villa Renée is a 6770 square foot / 629 square meter stone villa built in the 1100s and 1700s on two floors with beamed ceilings, a large covered front portico, garage, fully modern amenities including air-conditioning with a vineyard and olive orchard located in the ancient Euganean Hills with a spectacular view located less than an hour from Venice. The villa originally had five bedrooms and five baths but we have converted the two other bedrooms for other uses. One is an office/computer room. The other bedroom is used as a large closet room. The fifth bathroom is beyond that closet room and used for further storage. There are two bedrooms arranged as a separate guest area with its own bathroom and separate heating system that can be isolated from the main living area.
