Farm located in the Rabat-Knitra region, bordering the R401 road (taken directly from the road), in the Zars, equipped with localized irrigation system (drip--drip), on half of the the surface area (i.e. approximately 16 ha), this area is divided into 4 plots intended for the following speculations, each plot is 4 ha:

Arboriculture (lemon and pomegranate trees), planted in 2017, is in pre-production

4 ha are reserved for fodder

4 ha for market gardening (alternating aliculture)



Designed in terms of market diversification and livestock feeding needs, the farm is equipped with the equipment necessary for agricultural work and its accessories.

The land is fenced, (this gave a popular name to the farm: firma lmzarba), the built infrastructures: the 4 wells, the head station, the basin (120,000 m3 per year), the %u2019 table, the sheepfold and the main building including the store, the rest room and the garage.



A 50 KVA medium voltage substation distributes electricity on the farm and a low voltage meter supplies the homes. In 2022, a solar system now replaces the electric system on the existing infrastructure. equipped with solar panels for irrigation.

The total area is 34 ha.
