We're here to make your stay as convenient and enjoyable as possible.Other things to noteWe have a device that detects indoor climate, crow detect, loud noises, and smoke. Therefore, we ask for your cooperation in following these rules:1. Temperature must not exceed 23°C2. Loud noises are prohibited between 10:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. (partys are not allow at any moment)3. Smoking is prohibited on the premises4. Prostitution is forbidden Any of these inappropriate behaviors will result in a financial penalty. If repeated, the person will be expelled from the apartment without the right to a refund.
