We offer you a fully renovated and furnished studio on the Beukelsdijk in the neighborhood “Oude Westen”. The studio is located on the ground floor at the back side of the apartment. You’ll enter the studio through a shared hallway, there you'll find your entry door (lockable). In your private hallway (6sqM) you'll find entry to the toilet (new), partly renovated bathroom (shower), small bedroom (5,5sqM) with a 140x200 bed and lastly the living area (18sqM). The living area which includes a brand new kitchen equipped with an electric cooking stove, microwave-combi oven, dishwasher, washing machine and a large fridge. In the living room there’s a table with a couch and two chairs so you can eat or chill out with at least four! The living area is lit with built in spots that are dimmable. The studio has its own private garden (66sqM!!!).

Public transport:
Rotterdam Central Station is a 15 minute walk or 5 minutes by bus (bus-stop in front of the door). Metro's, bus and tramlines to Erasmus University (35 min) and Erasmus MC (10 min) are located close by.

Registration at the municipality is possible for one person.

We offer a fixed contract on a short term lease basis, so no extension can be made after the contract has been signed. The rent including all bills is 1450EUR per month, a security deposit equal to one month's rent (1450EUR) must be paid before move-in. An administration fee of 500EUR is mandatory and must be paid together with the deposit.
