Our house is on a quiet street yet so close to downtown. It's five minutes from the University of Iceland and you will not need a car or even a bus card. Everything is within walking and biking distance.

The room is on the second floor - with lowered ceilings and roof windows facing south and north so you ´ll be able to enjoy the amazing sunset views and the auroras (northern lights). It comprises a double bed (180cm x 200cm), drawer and closets, small fridge, microwave, hot plate, desk and working space, chairs and a small dining table, large mirror, bookshelves and a TV along with access to a fully equipped kitchen with laundry facilities and a shared bathroom with bathtub.

The grocery store is across the street from the house, four bakeries nearby and the geothermal swimming pool is within ten minutes on foot.

Please note that we have two dogs - very well behaved and friendly golden and a labrador.
