The house, colonial style, has spacious common areas including living room, terrace with barbecue and two comfortable independent rooms. The hostess prepares delicious international cuisine and specializes in Italian food. The owners speak English and Italian. two separate rooms, each with air conditioning, fan, TV, refrigerator, burner and hot and cold water are rented. The house has an electric plant. As additional services not included in the rent are: walks along the bay, dance classes (salsa and merengue), cocktail bar, own transport, bike rental, parking, guide, laundry as well as lunch and dinner. Any other needs will be answered by the hosts.
