I live almost in front of the beach in a 3 bedroom apartment. The building is in front of a piece of land belonging to the city hall, which is being made a garden and trees are being planted, so the apartment will never lose its view of the sea. As my daughters no longer live with me, I thought it was a good idea to enter this site. My apartment is on Intermares beach, in Cabedelo, 10 minutes from João Pessoa, capital of ParaÃba. Intermares beach has 3 small supermarkets, 4 or 5 pharmacies and 24 hour ATMs, 1 gas station, 2 or 3 restaurants and some bars, as well as gyms, Beach tennis, and also free gym provided by the Cabedelo city hall . It is a small, safe, tree-lined and quiet neighborhood, which still has a summer beach atmosphere. It is worth noting that Intermares is a great beach for surfing and kite surfing. There are bus stops on the beach avenue (Avenida Oceano Atlantico), as well as on the Cabedelo road (Br-230), although an Uber from here to Joao Pessoa will not be expensive. My apartment is small (around 90 m²), but it has 3 bedrooms, one of which is a suite (my bedroom), 1 WCS, two living rooms, kitchen, service area, balcony. It is on the fifth floor, with a beautiful view of the sea. The building has a swimming pool with leisure area on the roof, 24 hour doorman, security cameras, caretaker. I don't have pets. I only rent 1 room, as I sleep in the suite, and one of the rooms is my office, as I work remotely, that is, I work on the computer in my own home. The room I'm renting has a double bed, a ceiling fan and a wooden hanger for guests to store their clothes and belongings. The room is small but comfortable. Any questions, feel free to ask.
