Spacious three bedroom house: double bedroom with private full bath and two personal bedrooms with shared bathroom; Living room with HIFI and fireplace, dining room, study area and TV, large parking, garden with fruit trees and friendly dogs, and all basic services, very close to the German School of Quito. The climate of the area is warmer than in the city and very warm in summer. I live in this same house, in a room different from the ones offered for the guests.
