The house is in the town of Amherst within close proximity to everything, city, airport, etc. Me "Maria" and my son Anthony w/ my niece "Michelle" has kids 2 girls (Mai & Marie) 18 and 21 and his son Sammy 6 yrs old. one of the bedroom in the 2nd floor is available, newly renovated well lit ideal for studying. The house has a big yard & porch and located near University of Buffalo and 20 mins drive to Niagara Falls and the Canadian Border. One great room and huge Dinning Room, small Sun Room. Grill is available and the yard has a fire pit. We are Asian decent "Filipino". Michelle's family talk Japanese on top Tagalog and English Language used at home. A real home environment base on our culture. Treat new member as family. We do like to go for a walk and area is very safe and lot's of people walking. I send picture if you wish.
