Our place is truly the best of both worlds... In about 15min you can get to the city by car, but the amazing quiet and peaceful surrounding of the peninsula makes you feel you are far away from all the busyness of the city. Just a 5 min walk to the Ocean/reserve with spectacular views of the city, and lots of outdoor activity as watersports and walks. There is a bus stop around the corner from our place where you can get easily to the city. We are a very relaxed South African/ German couple in our 40ies, both working in the city, but also working from home sometimes. Languages: Barbara speaks German and English David speaks English and Afrikaans We are easy going, social and very active outdoorsy people. If we are around we are happy to enjoy a wine together in the evening, but also leave you your space. David's amazing kids (10 and 14) are at our place every second weekend, that's when we usually busy doing active stuff. We also have two cats. They are mostly outside.
