Spare single loft room available in a 3 bedroom house. The house is situated in the East of London - Walthamstow E17- in a very quiet area. House is very clean, tidy and quiet. Local amenities nearby: lots of shops, lovely park and green spaces. Buses only few minutes walk and underground stations (Walthamstow Central and Blackhorse road on the Victoria line and Leyton on the Central line) very easy to reach, only 15 minutes by bus or a short walk away; also overground a short walk away. The house has a back garden and a spacious and bright living room. I speak Italian and English and I am looking for a lovely, friendly and tidy person for short terms or long term stay.
