My house is an old colonial at the front which I use as my studio and the back is modern with huge doors that open onto a patio where you can relax on the sofas and chill out at night. I have very friendly dog who will make you feel welcome and you can buy food and cook in my kitchen if you like also. The room has a large ceiling fan and is quiet at night. The bathroom is right beside it.
