A two bedroom apartment spacious, clean and with a spare room located on the upper east side of Manhattan, New York. Two occupants. We do not have any pets. One bathroom. We have a fully furnished room with a queen size bed and it is airconditioned. We are located near central park and within a short walking distance to the Q train. We also have a lot of restaurant options in the neighborhood. Although English is the main language spoken in the home I am fluent in Spanish. In our spare time we love to attend church and spend time with family.
