I am an Individual who stays in this beautiful Home situated in the Mangere. You will be sharing the house with me. I am a lawyer and a chartered secretary who works in a law firm and also studying further to complete my qualification in New Zealand. There is a Hall, Dining room, and a Kitchen to share with your private room. Cleanliness is very much important and it's not a party home. Smoking and vaping are not allowed in the home. There are no pets and no pets are allowed at home. There is Pack and Save and Countdown nearby and very close to the Airport and Motorway. Off-street Parking is available.
