Hello! This is a room for a female only! Nice, bright room with double bed in family home. Kitchen access available in the morning and evenings - not during the day as I work from home. Shared bathroom. This homestay suits students or interns/professionals. Not suitable for holidays or those working from home. 12 minutes' walk to UCD and St Vincent's Hospital. Short bus ride into city (12 mins) or 30 minute walk - very frequent service. Bike storage available. Free parking if you have a car. Must like dogs! Half of the total the payment is to be made at time of booking through Paypal or Revolut, with the remainder to be paid on day of arrival, thank you. A 300 euro security deposit is also required on arrival. This will be returned when key is given back on last day, Any questions about the room or the area, just ask - I'm happy to help!
