Characterful Art Nouveau house in a quiet street in the beautiful Zurenborg neighborhood. Only a 5-minute walk from the Station (public transportation). The Dageraadplaats, the Groen Kwartier and the Draakplaats are around the corner. Wooden floors and high ceilings give the house character and there is a lot of light. We have a cozy green garden that faces south, so you can relax in the city. The room is private and located on a separate floor (second floor). The bathroom is fully renewed, yet shared with me and my 8y old daughter.
