We live in an 3th floor apartment in La Floresta neighborhood, a safe and quiet residential area in Quito. You can enjoy of a beautiful panoramic view of Quito's mountains and valleys from your bedroom window. We have three bedrooms each with two confortable beds, so if you come with a friend you can share, but if you come alone you can choose the bed you like the best. Every room has plenty of space and light, and includes two meals breakfast and dinner (25 USD). Close to the apartment you can find many cultural attractions like a movie theater, cafes, and libraries. You just need a 15-20 min walk to get to Yanapuma spanish school, markets and many other cultural areas. We will share the Ecuadorian culture together and at the same time you will improve your Spanish. We are always please to give the necessary information about tourist attractions and to share with students like a real family.
