This newly build villa house is designed to accommodate a group of 4 people or two couples visiting separately. It composed of two spacious bed rooms, one spacious bathroom and separately located cooking and dining area. Each room is tastefully furnished with large king size bed (60 x 75 inch) with mosquito net, mirror table, towel rack, wooden cupboard, two chairs, bed side table, electric fan and night lamp. Each room is separately lockable, separately accessible and has large window for good ventilation and ample day light. Both rooms are has split type air conditioners. (Please note that price given by system not include air conditioning facilities, and if you need air conditioning, you will have to pay 5$ extra per day) The bathroom is large, fully tiled, equipped with high quality bathroom fittings, and has hot water bath facilities. It is separately accessible from both rooms and to be used in sharing basis. When only one room is occupied it is private for (website hidden) and Dining area is located separately from villa house but accessible for 24/7. There is refrigerator, gas stove, cooking utensils, cutleries, dining table and chairs and cupboard for guest's use. Guest Access The accommodation is about 3 minutes' walk from the beach and about 8 minutes' walk from the centre of the town. The surroundings are flush with greenery. Quite a few varieties of birds, stripped squrilles can be seen from the rooms. Occasionally bands of monkeys are spotted from your rooms. Staying here will give you a feeling of residing in a village even though it is well within the town. When you are at my place access to many tourist attraction are very convenient. Ariyapala Traditional Mask museum- 2 minute walk Madu Ganga River safari- 5 minute travel in Tuk-Tuk Beach 3 minute walk Many Buddhist temples with 2 km Hikkaduwa – 15 minutes by public bus or train Benthota- 20 minutes by public bus or train Visits to cinnamon, tea and paddy cultivation fields 10-15 Km Moonstone mines- 15 minute drive in Tuk-Tuk Getting around Just walk out of your room to Galle-Colombo main road. Getting a public bus or Tuk-Tuk is so convenient. When walk to city center you get train all major cities in Sri lanka. Other Things to Note All our guests are provided with free bed linen bath towels, which will be changed every 3 days. We have Wi-Fi internet, it is free for all guests. (If you are supposed to do lots of (website hidden) or downloading large documents while your stay, you can ask for additional connection for extra fee) Using guest kitchen is free for all occupants so you can enjoy your own cooking If you make request before your arrival we can arrange Push Bicycle, scooter Tuk-Tuk or luxury car for hire.
