Perched on the shores of Lake Como, this two-storey villa is all about laid-back lakeside living. Inside, the style is clean and contemporary following a 2021 renovation – you’ll find modern comforts throughout, including air conditioning, TVs in every bedroom and a sleek, open-concept kitchen. But it’s the outdoor spaces that really steal the show. Whether you’re lounging in the garden, soaking in the jacuzzi or dining al fresco on the terrace, the lake views provide the perfect backdrop. There’s even a private dock, perfect if you’re renting a boat.
*While the views are a major highlight, the villa’s hillside position means the private garage is a short 3-minute walk away. Guests can briefly stop by the property to load or unload, but parking directly outside isn’t available.
*The jacuzzi is only available for stays of five nights or more during the cooler months (October through March).
*The villa has an outdoor security camera near the entrance and jacuzzi area. It’s switched off while guests are present, but it’s something to be aware of.
*The private dock makes lake access easy, but swimming directly from it is not recommended due to boat traffic.
