*This home is set on the lower floor of a villa. The upper floor is reserved as the owner's family holiday home and they may occasionally use the swimming pool.

*The swimming pool, open between June and September, isn't fenced. Children will need to be supervised at all times.
*Your host can provide a cot and high chair for free.
*One well-behaved dog (up to 30kg) is welcome to accompany you during your stay.
*The single beds in the second bedroom can be set up as double on request.
