While you can’t actually see the Vatican walls from Three Stags, turn right out of the door and walk about twenty metres and they’re right there. It’s a great location, which is fitting as it’s a great flat. Rather than seeking to preserve a crumbling old flat, Valeria’s recently redone the whole place, updating it without losing the character of the original place. There’s tonnes of space, given that it only has one bedroom, so having a couple of extra people sleeping in the living room is no problem (though three might be a squeeze).

*Two people can sleep on a sofa bed in the living room. There's also an armchair that turns into a bed but three people in the living room would be too many
*The kitchen is long and narrow – not great for socialising
