In the kitchen, the Carrara marble shelves and antique pantry lend an authentic air, with modern amenities hidden out of sight. After you've rustled up a dish even the best Italian chef would be proud of, dine on the terrace in the shade of the climbing plants and trees – there's also a barbecue for a memorable meal.
