Indoors, you'll find three bedrooms as serene as the next, with a main suite boasting knockout seascape views and direct access to the terrace. But the real star of the show here is that three-tiered infinity pool outside. Built into the dramatic rock landscapes and surrounded by so many terraces we've lost count, you could easily while away the whole day here. Drink up the panoramas from the cool, blue pools. Beat the heat under the shady verandas with cheeky siestas in the sea breeze. When it's time to soak up the local culture, you're in the right place.
