You'll have several choices when it comes to relaxing outdoors, with a sunny front patio, back garden and terrace, and private balcony just off the second bedroom to sit out on and enjoy the picturesque countryside views of the river below. Dine alfresco in the tiered garden, or set yourself up in the study to get some work done. For those hoping for a little more excitement in their days, you'll have kayaks at your disposal to get out on the river. Just remember to be aware of the tide times when you're out!

In the sleepy village of Malpas you'll find a fantastic local pub, as well as a farm shop and tea room all within easy walking distance. Lace up your walking boots and take advantage of some excellent country walks right from your doorstep, plus regular boat tours from the marina out to nearby locations, including the bustling nearby town of Falmouth, the Trelissick Gardens or the beautiful port of St. Mawes. There's even a ferry nearby that can take you and your car over the river to the Roseland Peninsula. When you get home, spend a cosy evening warming up on the sofa in front of the log burner as the sun sets.
