Made for al fresco living, the entertaining and dining spaces are impressive outside – as is the small spa with a Turkish bath tucked away in a renovated trulli. Inside, the interiors are bang up to date, with en-suite bathrooms for every bedroom. Add in those beautifully restored dry-stone walls and barrel vault ceilings, and you can see why this place caught our eye.
