Both of our female housemates are moving out, so we are looking for two new female housemates. Both rooms are approximately 9m2 (bed frame and wardrobe can be taken over for a reasonable amount). We have a shared living room of 55m2 and of course a kitchen, bathroom, two toilets and a guest room/laundry room. There is also a spacious and sunny balcony and a storage room for your bike. For this you pay €375 per month including g/w/l and cleaning lady. The deposit is one month's rent.We share the house with four people but we all go our own way. If it works out, we like to have coffee together or eat together. It also happens that we go to a concert/festival together or organize a house party, but there are certainly no obligations.You share the house with Liewe (31) and Hashim (31). We both work in a different sector, and have different hobbies such as bouldering, hiking, motorcycling, dancing, drinking beer, gaming, photography and board games. We are both music lovers and regularly go to concerts and festivals (together).The shopping center of Reigersbos is a 7-minute walk away where you can also take the metro that takes you to the center of Amsterdam in 20 minutes. The neighborhood is in full development and there are more and more sports fields and catering establishments. The Gaasperplas is within walking distance and is a nice quiet place for nature lovers.We are looking for housemates who are at the end of their studies or working and who intend to live with us for at least a year.
