The hammock is surely the best spot for an afternoon nap, waking up just in time for a barbecue as the sun goes down. With a garden this big, you won't see much of the interiors, but high ceilings and natural stone walls offer a bit of character. You're in an ideal location for exploring Sicily's natural beauty – the beach at Marina di Modica is ten minutes' drive away, and bikes are provided for more local adventures.

*The swimming pool is generally open from 1st April to 31st October, but this is weather dependent. It isn't fenced, so if you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times.
*While this home can sleep nine guests at full occupancy, you will share three bathrooms.
