Upon entering you will find a beautifully decorated living room, next to a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary high-end appliances.
The sleeping area consists of a large double bed with wardrobe and a complete bathroom with shower.
The apartment has wifi included in the rental price.
*The neighborhood:*
This apartment is located a few meters from the beach of Barceloneta, the largest in the city. In addition, in the surroundings you will have all the necessary services such as supermarkets, stores, restaurants and bars. A must is a walk at sunset along the Port Vell.
The Barceloneta neighborhood is an old neighborhood, where the locals are used to taste seafood dishes, tapas and fish, sharing a beer.
The neighborhood is very well connected to the rest of the city by metro and bus. The closest metro stop is Barceloneta, L4.

TERMS:

LOCAL TAXES (.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).
